Kevin Fretz is a Visionary and environmental advocate with more than 35 years of experience advancing practical solutions for healthier soils, communities, and food systems.
Kevin’s commitment began as a young man after he experienced health challenges associated with toxic soil and contaminated water. That early experience shaped his life’s direction—turning pain into a passion for protecting people and restoring the environment.
Kevin has dedicated his work to advancing biology-based solutions that restore soil health and reduce dependence on synthetic inputs. Trained in Soil Food Web science by the late Dr. Elaine Ingham, a world-renowned pioneer in soil microbiology, Kevin specializes in regenerative systems design, circular economy strategies, advanced composting, carbon sequestration, biochar integration, and sustainable land management.

Denise Fretz brings more than 20 years of experience in financial management, real estate, mortgage banking, marketing, and team leadership. She supports Green Earthology’s operations and growth while developing relationships with communities, municipalities, organizations, and partners pursuing sustainable solutions.
As the Asia-Pacific Representative for Green Earthology Group, Dr. Randy Permpoon drives the company's mission to implement circular-economy and waste-management projects across Southeast Asia. Dr. Permpoon’s work centers on fostering unity and strategic alignment between international technology providers and regional government ministries. He is currently overseeing the development of the Thailand–Lao Regenerative Resource Recovery Initiative, ensuring that sustainable infrastructure projects meet local legislative requirements while delivering meaningful ecological and social impact.
Dustin Yohner is a Marine Corps veteran and sustainability leader with approximately 30 years of experience in business development and community-focused initiatives. He brings expertise in resource-efficient communities, sustainable living, and environmental programs designed to create meaningful opportunities for veterans.

Dan is an operations leader and educator with expertise in agriculture, hemp, cannabis, and business development. As Western Regional Manager, he drives regional growth, strategic partnerships, and operational execution—helping clients implement scalable solutions that reduce costs and generate new revenue in complex, regulated markets.
He serves as Secretary and Farm Operations Director for the Hemp Industry Trade Association of Arizona and is a Faculty Associate and Lecturer at Arizona State University, supporting industry advancement and workforce development.
Daniel has successfully guided businesses through licensing, compliance, and operational readiness in California and Nevada, ensuring efficient market entry and long-term performance. His background in large-scale event production—including the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am—reflects his ability to manage logistics, build partnerships, and execute at a high level.

David brings more than 25 years of international experience advancing sustainable technologies across renewable energy, resource conservation, manufacturing, and regenerative agriculture. He is committed to delivering practical water, energy, and soil solutions that reduce costs, conserve resources, and create measurable benefits for people and the planet.
Andy Mynheer is an accomplished inventor, designer, engineer, and product developer with decades of experience transforming innovative concepts into practical, working technologies. His multidisciplinary expertise spans advanced automotive design, mechanical systems, composite materials, fabrication, prototyping, and electric propulsion.
Throughout his career, Andy has led ground-up electric vehicle development, engineered lightweight composite structures, completed high-performance electric vehicle conversions, and advanced technologies supported through Canada’s National Research Council Industrial Research Assistance Program (NRC-IRAP).
At Green Earthology, Andy leads the engineering and continued development of The Breez, an innovative off-grid electric vehicle designed to combine clean transportation, energy independence, extended mobility, and sustainable materials. His work on The Breez reflects Green Earthology’s mission to create resilient technologies that reduce environmental impact while delivering practical, real-world value.

Ken Lewis
VP Environmental Compliance
Ken Lewis has over two decades of experience in environmental compliance and sustainable systems management. Ken has managed compliance operations across 17 industrial sites in Los Angeles County, he also has overseen over 50 sites in Idaho, Oregon, Montana, and Tribal lands. A certified UST/AST Operator, his specialties include water-resource management, hazardous materials, waste monitoring, and regulatory reporting. With degrees in Environmental Science, Geoscience/Geophysics, and Hawaiian Cultural Studies, his academic work focuses on the water-food-energy nexus. Ken combines experience from the Hawaii Natural Energy Institute and United Parcel Service, along with GIS and hydrogeology expertise, to support Green Earthology’s mission for practical environmental solutions.

Bruce A. Bricco brings more than 47 years of leadership in business development, sales, marketing and operations within the energy sector. As CEO of Bricault LLC, he advises oil and gas service providers on sales training, marketing strategy, and operational improvement. His career includes executive roles with BJ Services, Baker Hughes, and Melior Innovations, where he led global teams, launched new technologies, developed strategic partnerships, and consistently drove business growth. Bruce holds a B.S. in Earth Sciences from Oregon State University and contributes valuable technical expertise, strategic insight and a strong commitment to service in support of Green Earthology's mission.
